Royal Albert, Old Country Roses

Royal Albert Bone China was first produced in the late nineteenth century by a company called Thomas C Wild and Sons, in Staffordshire. Over the years they were quite prolific in the number of quality patterns of tableware that they produced. Eventually they became part of Royal Doulton.

Possibly the best known of the patterns produced by Royal Albert, is Old Country Roses. A wide range of tableware items were produced in this lovely pattern and it is now sought after by collectors world wide. In recent years, the production has been moved abroad, but most serious collectors are only interested in items produced in England, believing them to be of a higher quality.

We have been fortunate to acquire an amount of the English made Old Country Roses in excellent condition, and it can be viewed on our web site at www.replaceyourchina.com
Further items will be added to the site in the near future.

Enjoy your tableware
