Denby Pottery Daybreak
Denby Pottery introduced the Daybreak pattern in about 1983 as part of the Sherwood Collection. Other patterns in this collection included Imperial Blue, Damask, Maplewood, Images, Blue Dawn and Summerfields. Rather ironically it did not include the Sherwood pattern which had, of course, been discontinued many years previously. The shapes of this range were designed by Robin Pavitt.
I think that one of the appeals of Daybreak is that although it has a quite distinctive pattern, the patterning is rather understated and subdued, so that you do not get fed up with it when eating your meals from it every day. Certainly we find that at Replace Your China we are constantly asked for Denby Daybreak even 26 years after its first manufacture.
That is why we are delighted to be able to announce that we have just obtained a fresh quantity of this range in excellent condition. Just click on Denby Daybreak to view items that we currently have for sale.
Enjoy your tableware.

Chris Eley
